Root control discs are designed to fit the AutoPot 1Pot system, Easy2Grow kit and extension kits. These discs are black and gold in color and are placed in the tray below the vase, gold should be facing up. The purpose of the disc is to control the roots and to prevent them from leaving the pot and heading towards the Aquavalve. They are very effective thanks to the special golden metallic coating.
Although the discs last several cycles, it is advisable to replace the discs at the beginning of each cycle.

These connectors are perfect for reducing pipework from 16mm to 6mm in a system.
They are to be inserted inline where an Aquavalve or aquapot is placed.
Unlike many other types of reducing fittings, these connectors provide a watertight connection.

The 6 mm Top Hat Grommet provides a direct connection to an airtight cable using the 6 mm tubing with the 30 L and 47 L tanks. A 10 mm hole must be drilled in the tank, insert the 6 mm joint plug, then pass the 6 mm tube through the eyelet. Push the tube through the eyelet until you see the tube popping inside the tank.

9 mm straight fittings

Filter compatible with the Easy2Grow kit, to be used with 30 L and 47 L tanks. It simply has to be inserted inside the tank once the 6 mm tube has been passed through the upper panel up to the bottom of the tank. If it detaches from the tube it will float on top, which can be prevented by forcibly squeezing the wire into its installation.
This product must be used with a sponge filter for Autopot systems.

Marix discs are designed to fit the 1Pot system, easy2grow kit and 2Pot extension trays to extend the easy2grow kit. The discs are black in color and are placed inside the vase. The purpose of the Marix disc is to prevent compost or soil from flowing out of the pot, keeping the system clean and the AQUAvalve free of debris. They will also provide minimal protection from escaping roots. Although the Marix discs will last several seasons, it is advisable to replace the discs at the start of each season, this will prevent any disease from being transferred if any.

The function of the root control disc is to prevent them from growing out of the pot and reaching the aquavalve. They are very effective due to the gold coating with a special metallic coating. It is important to bear in mind that the roots, despite the sensitivity to this coating, sometimes manage to cross it, therefore it is advisable to lift the pot every now and then to check if they have escaped from the barrier.
Even if the discs have a duration of several seasons, it is advisable to replace them at the beginning of each cycle.
